No communication and inhospitable

I know with corona comes rules and regulations, but this hotel have not informed us of their very specific rules we were denied the front entrance we had to go through the ba*****t without any assistance of our luggage up to a first floor where we were only then allowed to enter the hotel and yet again be refused to book in because they only allow you to book in at 14H00 even though online booking reservations are allowed to be made before 14H00 we were up until 5H00 with flights and I am not allowed to rest on a hotel bed because they refuse us entrance until 14:00.whe paid alot of money for this week to stay here and im dredding my stay?
