Maslow Hotel

Supposed to be towels at the pool. Made 5 requests for towels. After 1.5 hours, the towels had still not arrived. The staff there should ****** off and become car guards. THE worst service of any hotel I had ever been to in my life. Utterly, utterly ***********.
