Is the Maslow Hotel still in Business???

<p>I've called to make a reservation, but the person that answered my call could not transfer me to the restaurant. He tried again, but then the call went to voicemail. Really? A hotel, and no one to answer my call?? Then I called again and asked for the manager. This too was an issue. The call went back to the original person that I spoke to. How can a hotel operate with this level of initial impression, or lack thereof??</p>
