False advertising ‼️

Been struggling to book/buy tickets online The Whole of last week for the picnic on the 29th of November. I have been querying the error and got no constructive assistance or feedback. Today I called the lady told me they are now fully booked I was supposed to call and make a reservation. The adverti*****t does not say call it has a link . Why do you not say on the advert that we need to call or advise us when enquiring? NOW I’m being told it’s fully booked and I need 2 tickets
