Be aware for The Maslow

Recently we visited the Maslow Hotel for 2 days. After the first night I was sitting in the chair and noticed ******s lying under the bed. That morning during breakfast I was eating and suddenly felt something in my mouth . This was a piece of glass. I tried to bring it under the attention of management but even my emails were not answered. Only said out of office. This is unacceptable and The Maslow must take responsibility for their mistakes. They did not even apologise. This is not the way to treat customers.
