Absolute pits!

We were book there for the passes long weekend. From day one we got bad service: -There are some rude staff members -we had to beg for cutlery during breakfast -During lunch we didn’t have any chairs ,we were told to find a chair somewhere -Our toilet paper in the rooms were not refilled -we literally had to beg for service For a 5 star hotel this place is the pits!!
