We recently stayed at The Marly Hotel in Camps Bay, and I must say that our experience was exceptional from start to finish
We recently stayed at The Marly Hotel in Camps Bay, and I must say that our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel less like guests and more like family in their home. A special mention must go to Marcelle, the Hotel Manager, who is truly an incredible asset to the hotel. Her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident throughout our stay. Charisma lived up to her name with her wonderful personality and genuine warmth. And, of course, we cannot forget Mac T—the gentleman among the roses—who gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. What stood out most for me was seeing Marcelle literally run up from her office to say goodbye to us before we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly reflected the level of care and hospitality we experienced during our stay.
