Bad communication

Trying to apply as a vendor in their markets, completed form as they requested, was talking to someone name Keegan there, once sent to him something as he requested them in a sudden, NO REPLY at all!! I think it’s a professional to answer whether your request has been approved or not. Sent a message via WhatsApp to one of them but they don’t read messages. It’s been a month with no response and I doubt if they can organize anything like markets or not.
