Very bad service

my daughters car has been there now for 7 working days ,when you are told by management that one can collect a car on Thursday and you then phone to make collection arrangement's only to be told that they have not even started work on the car yet, it will be ready Friday,now its Monday and still not ready at 4 pm ! THIS IS REAL BAD SERVICE MARITIME, YOUR WORKSHOP IS BAD,STOP TELLING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIES !!! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK AFTER BEING A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER
