terrible service
I own a Black 2011 ALFA ROMEO Giulietta QV with 40000km on the clock. I took my GQV to Marimetime Motors for them to resolve an issue i was experiencing, it took them over a week to finally be able to tell me it's the turbo regulator. They then took the turbo off and then said its been disintegrated as some bolt came lose and cause allot of damage to the turbo. Then I was told they need to open the head to inspect for shrapnel in the head, this took another 2 weeks. So it took them 3 weeks to do that and still not know what the verdict will be. Then I was informed that warranty is telling them to send head to an engineering company to be pressure tested, this part i am fine with and took about 3 days. But then I was told that the pipes and intercooler needs to be sent aswell, so I left it for a few days as it took 3 days to test the head. Every time i contact maritime motors to find out about the progress my car some new story comes up. Today it is the 22nd of December, My car has been there for 40days and I still do not know when the car will be ready. I love the ALFA brand, but i lost interest in the brand due to maritime motors. I am aware of procedure, but 40 days is WRONG
