Neglegince in repair of vehicle, customer accused

Car booked in for assessment of faulty instrument cluster and failure to accelerate in Sept 14. I stated car old and you must quote prior to repairs. You stated cluster fine, car needs new sensor on engine. R7500. I agreed with quote. You installed. Upon collection cluster show signs of damage. Photos to support. You keep car for 1 month to get fix cluster. You never called during this time. I'm harassed to fetch car, while you still waiting for part. Once \repaired"on collection car wont start"
