Bad service Poor Clientel and Customer Serv

Parts where ordered but had none in stock was courier ed over night but insist that payment need be done first. Which was made and emailed supplier confirmed that it Will be there and ready to pickup at 10:00 in the morning I send a courier to collect only to get their to hear that it is not ready for collections my courier has left and confirmed to return after an hour after returning the second time it still was not ready and decided to leave as time has been wasted supplier promised to deliver later during the day which did not happen.
