**** goods, poor quality, bad service when returning and entitlement to a services fee

I bought 5 outfits from Maharani's Close. The delivery date said 14 working days and after 14 working days I received 3 out of 5 items. The 3 items was smelling really bad and the quality was so poor, seems like the outfits were made out of plastic and not material. I whatsapp them and told them about this. They said that the smell was the dye and the fact that its packed in India. I then told them I wish to return the said goods. As first the person refused to hear that I wanted to return and a refund. Eventually he or she gave up. He/she said that I need to go read terms and conditions on how to send the items back. After some persistence and pointing out that their invoice didn't have their address which it should, he then gave me a name, address and contact number. I tired to contact this person but no answer , call gets cut. On reading the invoice, the company has no physical address, when I asked when will I be refunded I was told that the refund comes from India and he can't be certain.
