Bad attitude and lack of service from Lucy

I was at the Mad Platter for Valentines Day...I ordered a G****tiser from Lucy (waitress) and she took her time and made us wait for an hour to get our drink..she didn't even have the odesity to come to our table to tell us about why she's delaying instead she walked past us telling people that she has other tables to serve.When I called her she just looked at me and walked on continuing to ignore me. She is the reason why I will never go to Mad Platter let alone recommend it. her service and attitude stink.she is not a people's person...even if she was serving others why did Yolanda make an extra effort to serve us the g****tiser even though she \wasn't serving our table\""
