The M-Store claims to provide a comprehensive support in the form of prosthesis (bras) for cancer victims post a mastectomy - sadly their claims that they will handle all medical aid claims on your behalf is not true - they continuously submit incorrect authorisation numbers, incorrect VAT invoices - and when one tries to correct them - they simply refuse to adjust or corrected their errors - In addition they do not take phone calls or hang-up if one tries to correct errors - They are not competent and we advise you to avoid them if you are a cancer survivor!
