Disgusted

Worst experience ever. I ordered online and paid over a grand for 3 items. I waited and waiting but my order did not arrive I had to mail them several times until I got a reply and I was told my parcel would arrive which it did not then I had to send proof of payment after being told my order would arrive at x date. Then I heard nothing from them. I kept emailing until I received an answer which they claimed my parcel was lost during strikes they promised me a full refund and asked for my banking details which I sent. It's been weeks and still nothing and they are completely ignoring my emails. I would definitely not recommend anyone purchase from this online store and influencers should not be promoting this brand as it's damaging to their name.
