Never buy a suitcase at The Luggage Bag at The Grove Mall

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop which is found in The Grove Mall in Pretoria East. I bought a suitcase in October and when I arrived in Europe the zip was open even though the bag had a cover on. I then took the bag back to the shop. The one employee said that they will send the baggage back to the manufacturer, then I happen to walk into one if the other employees to enquire about my suitcase and he openly **** in my face and said that the baggage was back from the manufacturer. When we had a look at the bag, he accused me of breaking the bag with my nails. Which us completely absurd. He then refuse to send the suitcase back to the manufacturer and also refuse to refund me for the bag which I paid R1750. As you can see its not exactly a cheap bag. Now I'm stuck with a broken bag and he insists that I must continue with a suitcase which will probably break. The sad thing is that I will be leaving the country for good and once I'm in that other country I can't even bring that bag back. How sad! I will never ever buy a bag at that shop and I wouldn't even recommend people buy at the luggage company in The Grove Mall.
