Exceptional Service Delivery

I recently had to have plastic swipe cards manufactured for my business and after a bit of a dilemma due to quantity requirements which were too small for The Loyalty Box and the fact that another company let me down last minute, I received a call from Candice Smith - Customer Success Agent at The Loyalty Box to introduce me to the company who does their manufacturing, approved by Chris Witthoft - Owner. In essence they were cutting themselves out of the deal, simply to assist me! How amazing is that? So few companies are willing to go the extra mile for customers, especially when I had already decided to take the financial knock and paid for double the quantity of cards. Again, Chris has offered to refund me the money paid to The Loyalty Box, in order for me to pay the manufacturing company.
