Worst customer care EVER!

Shocking service from day one, ordered a corner sofa, delivered with numerous issues & had to be returned. Ordered an ottoman, arrived with black marks on the fabric. Sid, the owner came to our home was arrogant, unprofessional and took zero responsibility for the issues. Wanted to take the ottoman away and not fix/replace it yet we'd paid a deposit already! Was aggressive and stormed out of our home, slamming our door almost off the hinges! Disgraceful service, avoid The Lounge Factory at all costs!!
