The Lot been unhelpful!

Bought a t-shirt from this place end of January 2018 to discover that it had two holes in it! When I returned it for another t-shirt exactly the same was told that I had to prove that I had not made the holes in it! Why would I make holes in it and then return it for exactly the same one????
