What an appalling experience. Checked in to find a fresh blood stain on the duvet cover. Insisted on a fresh duvet cover (the least one can expect) only to later see a fresh blood stain on the pillow case. This time I took a pic and on closer inspection the pillow case was actually filthy. The bedding had definitely not been changed prior to us checking in.
