Very bad Company

I bought a Redbull shirt. Payment done and order received after 6 weeks.

Then I bought an Alpha Tauri shirt in October. Paid in full. Received a mail of confirmation. No response from them. Whatsapp number out of order.

How can this company still be on Google advertising clothes and still process your money but no response.
