Wrong order

<p>The Local Kitchen is in partnership with OrderIn. Be warned if you order from them chances are they will get the order wrong or your food will be more than an hour late. I ordered food via the app for Local kitchen between selecting my order, adding special instructions and checking something or someone ignored my order to leave the mayo out as in 'No mayo'. Mind you this is not the first i received the wrong order from both these establishments but there is no accountibility. I want my money back i will NOT be ****** in broad daylight to think i have been supporting the local kitchen since 2015 and have been referring people to try their food. What i did not know is that there is no accountability here. They lie telling their partners that they have called the customer upon delivery and when you check no missed calls, no attempted incoming calls nor does our reception recall speaking to their delievry guys. The Local Kitchen you have lost my business and I am going to make sure that all the office parks your area know about your lack of customer service and accountability when wrong orders are delivered. Please give me my money back today this is not what I ordered???? again extremely disappointed by the The Local Kitchen and Orderin - when the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, you get this establishment and extremely poo customer service. Never spending a cent here ever again. SAD! This is how you know an establishment is making too much money, when they pretend like they don't have your order history to verify what happening before the app and after the app what lauched.</p>
