WHAT THE WHAT?!
<p>The Local Kitchen - a company that will never see me in their life again.</p> <p>We ordered food from them through Order In, firstly, the food was ice cold when it arrived here, and this after I had to follow up with them almost an hour later after promised delivery time is 45 minutes. Then with an attitude phones me to tell me, "Oh but the food is there already"! I thought ok, fine, I was starving, so not going to fight with them. Then, one bite into a burger I asked in CAPITAL letters for them to cook the patty WELL DONE, the patty is ice cold and red raw in the middle. Obviously had to chuck it away as I have no idea what toxins can hide in this. So I e-mail Order In telling them about this whole story, TLK phones first time around, asking me to explain the whole story to them again, then want to redo the order, I say no thank you, raw meat is not a risk I can take, I want a credit back. Then phones again, telling me I must go dig in the dustbin and I must bring the food back to their restaurant?! I actually choked on that last sentence because WHAT THE WHAT?!</p> <p>The fight continues...</p> <p>In the meantime, don't dare order from this place!</p>
