BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE FROM OWNER

These are R 40 fries from The Local Kitchen in Bryanston they are overly fried and quite crispy & a bit brown! <br> <br> So first reaction is mmm its only a couple of them its fine, nooo the box is filled with them.<br> <br> So I called them and told them their fries were overly fried. The black guy that answered the phone said sorry we will make you another one & pick this one, and I said thank you! <br> <br> Now the owner calls and says these fries are perfectly fine and she tasted 1 fry before my order left and it was PERFECT! <br> <br> So I must eat hard brown fries when Im expecting slap chips! <br> <br> And don't forget I gave them a chance to actually make up for these fries, I paid for them I did not get them for free you know! <br> <br> Basically the owners attitude is that their food is perfect & I should rather not order from them because I don't like how they make their food.<br> <br> No I ordered last week same thing it was fine, I did a huge order for my meeting on Monday your fries were fine. Every time they get the food wrong the owner screams in my ear that their food is perfect its me! <br> <br> Talk about a business owner in denial to believe that they always get their food right even when the other day I ate a black bacon.
