Worst service

I write this email with a great disappointment.

My wife and l always come to your pharmacy to do our family planning, which we’ve always received excellent service from Leon and his team. However the guy who was standing in for him by the name of Henny gave us the most terrible experience ever. He was not interested, not welcoming, rude, not even a smile. The approach he had towards us. It was the worst experience ever.

He looked like he was not enjoying what he was doing. I mean if he does not enjoy what his doing why don’t he retire or resign. Me and my wife were even doubting if he gave her the correct injection.

I am happy that Leon is coming back tomorrow. Next time l will check with Leon before l bring my wife just in case we find Henny who gives bad service. Not sure if race had anything to do with it or he just hates his job. Because even the way he address my wife was not appropriate!!!
