The local pharmacy OMEGA PMB

My experience with this Pharmacy, I sent an email with no response..... Good day

Sir/Madam

I'm a loyal patient to your facility, today I experienced the worst service ever from your staff.

1. I called this morning to book an appointment with the nurse for my child's 6 months vaccine to which I was placed on hold, when the lady answered she was very abrupt and hastily answered my call but then cut as apparently I was taking to long to decide which time slot I would prefer, so I called back and she said that there are many calls are coming in so I must speak quickly, which I did, made an appointment for 12:45pm.

2. On my way to the appointment I called in to explain im running late but will be there in 5 minutes. I also work and had to place leave for this time slot, I get to the pharmacy only to be told I cannot be accommodated as the nurse is going to lunch, my question is could you have not spared me 5 minutes of your valuable time? To give my baby 1 injection. Since this measels vaccine can only be done on a certain day and certain time as 1 vile is opened for the vaccine, so the 1 injection for my child goes to waste? Or given to another patient just because I was late, correct me if I'm wrong does it make sense? I work in customer service department and no matter what the client is always first no matter how late he or she is for the set time, I do understand that you work by appointment but 5-10 minutes late atleast make an exception.

I will not be using this pharmacy for any medical services going forward, it may not be a big loss to your facility but I am really disappointed with the service received today.
