Terrible service no assistance rude

I was sick on Monday the doctor name Leon, gave me wrong medication said I have a ear infection only to find out that I have flu due to my symptoms I had to repurchase medication and when I went to the doctor I found someone else the doctor who first checked me was not available, the second doctor I found today was so rude he told me he cannot assist me or check me at all I have to come in on Thursday why Thursday when he can just give me a sick note and check me today so I wasted my petrol and time going there for nothing he laughed in my face with attitude and said he cannot assist me, what’s the point of going to a doctor if they gonna tell you they cannot assist you.
