TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM EUREKA SUPER SUPER RUDE

On the 6th of June 2025 I visited the Local Choice Pharmarcy to get an emergency contraception. I was assisted by Eureka who was very rude and refused to help me. I went there she was at the till on her PC, where when I greeted her she made me wait. She then asked what I needed I told her an emergency contraceptive, she then asked me why? which I found to be a odd and rude question. I then explained to her why since she was so curious, so I said to her I engaged in ***ual intercourse without barrier methods. She then gave me a form to fill out. She then proceeded to ask me when was the last time I purchased the pill, I responded to her by saying 3 months ago. She then said "oh so you very careless" which I was taking aback by. She proceeded to give me a lecture as if I am a very ill-educated person basically talking to me like I am a 2 year old. After all the humiliation with her condescending attitude she reviewed the document and said she is unfortunately unable to sell me the medication. When I asked her why, she said because the pharmacys law doesn't allow it. I asked her to refer me to the section of that law, she failed and said she will mail it to me as it is a big chart at the back. I have waited the entire weekend for that email and still haven't received it. Eureka is a very unprofessional health professional, she doesn't know how to talk to clients as a health professional. I am utterly disgusted by her service. I will be escalating this matter as this experience was not only humiliating but also degrading.
