Terrible service from Erika

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the pharmacy on the 28 Oct 2016. All I was looking for was eyedrops. I couldn't go behind the counter obviously so I stood and waited for service. The lady behind the counter, Erika, ran around not really bothering herself with me standing there. She eventually after 2 min said, "I will be with you in a sec." but running past me. not even stopping and at least making eye contact. After that, with me still standing at the counter, she called a supplier. Infront of me saying the following, "Hello Tersia, it's Erika. Listen where is my order?", rolling her eyes and sighing heavily. I stood there for another 5min and she has not finished her phone call. I turned and my other items back on the counter and walked out. I have been to this pharmacy and received fair service but yesterday was ridiculous. I myself work in customer service and I don't expect for people to kiss the ground I walk on but I feel she could at least assist me first before being that unprofessional. I would rather drive an extra kilometer or two to go to clicks next time because that was the last straw with this pharmacy and their bad attitudes. (The cashiers are always friendly though.)</p>
