Ghetto Delivery Practices

The Local Choice Pharmacy Palmae in Kururman has shown gross negligence when handling their delivery of parcels to clients. They told me that they would deliver my medication to my door through their delivery services but never delivered. When I enquired about the whereabouts of the parcel the pharmacy told me that someone else had collected my parcel and that there was nothing they could do. How can a reputable pharmacy deliver parcels without proper verification and identification of the person they are delivering it to? The pharmacy could provide no proof of the parcel ever being collected and/or who It was delivered to. They do not log any delivery information!?! In addition, the staff was unhelpful and rude and would consistently blame me for a parcel not being delivered. I have never experienced such negligence from a Pharmacy before. I would rate this place and company a zero but that option is not available.
