Doctor *****ing my money

I have been going to this pharmacy / clinic(Dr WFS Ward's consultations and procedures - PRACTICE NO. ***) for a few years. However the last visit to the doctor seem to have gone fine until I received the statement for the visit. I was billed for the consultation which is fine. However I was also billed for multiple injections which was never given to me. These injections almost doubled the consultation cost and the Dr rooms is disputing this. Saying it is on the paper the DR gave them so they bill me for it. Regardless if i tell them I did not get any injections. I have queried this with the accounts department days ago with no joy. "Waiting on the doctor room". I am putting this on google to warn people to look at your statements before paying. If my medical aid savings were not depleted it would have been gone off and I would have never known.

update on this topic. The doctor is now lying and saying the cannot refund as the request went through my medical aid. This practice is essentially *****ing my money.
