CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY

This company does not take customer complaints seriously. All you get is a weak apology with no action whatsoever. Their biscuits have been contaminated by the perfume in the pharmacy, and the staff were defensive and insulting when the goods were returned. Management has made very little effort to assuage my anger and frustration.
