Customer complaint

Good day I have a complain about meat choice at Palmridge on the 27th of February I was there to buy yogurt for my little daughter and I took c***** yogurt when I'm going when they scan them they 19.99 but I saw them with 12.99 and they told me that I must pay that 19.99 and I told them I want them with that price I saw which 12.99 and they were they were shouting at me and there was this lady her name is Sisanda she was telling me that I must go and them at shoprite I was not happy with their customer service it's very poor and stink....they didn't gave me those yogurt they busy put the wrong price on the place whose fault is that
