Closed pharmacy during working hours

You guys are taking us for a ride or you don't take us seriously as customers... I've been getting my mother's meds in this pharmacy for over 3 years now and I never got to the pharmacy during working hours and found it closed!

On the 23rd I went to the pharmacy at about 12:53... To my surprise the doors were closed.. Luckily there was a lady who works there and I asked why is the pharmacy closed?is it festive working hours? Lady told me that the Manager went to church but he will be back in a hour's time..

My question here is, are u guys going to close for every Friday for an hour for church like how Indians or Muslims shops do?

We as customers deserve to know the proper working hours for this pharmacy and we should know if you guys runs this pharmacy like a ****a shop whereby the shop will close in the middle of the day you can't treat us like that.. We bring business to you guys

Is tomorrow the same thing as last week??
