Bad services from Home Choice Wynberg

Good day To whom it may concern I'm Melvin Noble

I took a Laptop (Acer) contract out December 2020 with Home Choice. I had it about 8mnths And the laptop gave me problems, it didn't want to switch on, so It was collected by *COURIER IT* Services on the 24 August 2021. HOME CHOICE said they'll send it away for repairs. I've been phoning and I've been at the shop personally on a few different occasions I was there today 3March2022 aswell and it's been 7 Months and I never recieved my laptop, I've Been paying it since I took the contract out,my last payment will be in this month of March 2022...meaning I've been paying for something I'm not evens using! Iam really FRUSTRATED because no one can give me any correct answer when I'm getting the laptop and they refuse to give me a new one... HOW CAN I GO ABOUT THIS SITUATION...
