Bad service care

I went to local choice Bloemfontein pharmacy at 16:45 apparently they close at 17:30,but at 17:06 I was chased away by the pharmacist and I was the to consult with the nurse,the lady pharmacist said the nurse takes 30 minutes,even though the person who was in front specifically said she is only there for injection only!! She insisted that I should go,mind you they are closing at 17:30 and I was there at 16:45
