BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HOMECHOICE

I bought a Bennet Read 22L Manual Airfryer from Home choice I took it in for repairs for a faulty door that was rattling when it was switched on. I got the product back after two months on the 8th August 2023 at the PortElizabeth branch.The temperature switch was faulty and sometimes it will not switch on. I called on the 10th of October 2023 and spoke to a lady called Zaheera at the Cape Town offices. She promised to log a refund and that i was going to get a call back after 48 hours. Today i called again and talked to a lady called Ziziphe and she said that there is no refund logged but she can see that i asked for a refund. She also said i can expect a call back from a supervisor today and she also logged a refund. I am not sure can i believe her.
