Poor Service, Rude Staff, Bordering Harassment

TLC Rivonia Crossing has a manager, Quintus, that delivers orders himself - he had delivered to my partner at her workplace and made her feel very uncomfortable with his mannerisms towards her. I was asked by her to not make an issue of it. Today, I placed an order and for 1 and a half hours, I was not assisted. I was responded to at 4.22pm because Quintus chooses not to deliver after 4.30pm. His side kick, Candice aggressively tells me after several calls that they are understaffed and Quintus only goes out once a day. They choose to tell me at the end of the day as they refuse to assist. The staff are rude, and entirely unhelpful. Don't waste your time with this deliberately unhelpful "pharmacy".
