Creditors not paid

I have joined them last year in november and they promise to negotiate with the creditors the amount they will be paying them. They agreed to give the full report of whom they paid and how much. All creditors have not paid since June but I have been paying the amount they want me to pay every month. I have been asking them to give me the full report of who have been paid till this day no luck. I have send numerous email no one is responding. All creditors have called me stating the last payment was on 07/06/2015.
