The worst customer experience ever.

I purchased a bedset from them on 2nd of October, they advised me that it would be available on the '9th November' when I contacted them on the 9th October they told me they needed another 3 days, again I had to contact them on the 11th November to ask when the head board and base would arrive and there manager advised they did not have material 'for a bed set that was paid for on the 2nd October' and it would be ready and delivered on the 14th. On the 16th I had to contact them again and was told it would arrive on the 18th because it was in joburg. On the 20th I had to contact them again to ask for a refund and no one is responding. This company is a **** I doubt I will ever get the bed set or refund back from them. Everyone I speak to tells me something different. It's been lie after lie
