Wrongfully placed order. Refuses to correct order / give refund.

Owner of this company does not accept responsibility for a wrongful order even after accepting fault. I do not recommend them as there is a huge lack of customer service. I will have to keep the wrongful order as he is unapproachable and keeps blaming me for his mistake. I trust he learns from this and betters his service levels.
