No service no clue

I want to purchase some spot lights for home, so called Lighting Warehouse. After 5 attempts to speak to someone and after having being transferred a number of times to lines that don't get answered I am giving up. I even tried to make contact with someone in charge and was twice put through to unanswered extensions. Pathetic
