Lighting Warehouse false discounts and misleading sales rep.

I purchased this fan https://lightingwarehouse.co.za/shop/indoor/ozone-3/ from the Retail Crossing store, overall its good quality, but sales rep [Elvis Khoza] was misleading with discounts as the items price was artificially inflated for "discounts"

Purchasing the same fan at Makro will cost alot less Comparisons below. Lighting warehouse: 4x fans with the discount = R 10239.80 Macro without any discount = R 8796 Macro link to fan: https://www.makro.co.za/appliances/decor-/br-132-cm-ceiling-fan-321762EA

Should I be refunded the difference and charged the correct rates I will update this review.

Update: got a email reply today from Dylan Park and they said they were willing to refund the difference, will update once refund is received, happy thus far.
