Exceptional Customer Service

I went there on an errand last week to obtain specific lightbulbs for a family member - I was greeted enthusiastically by Florah - very well presented, well spoken, very knowledgeable on their products and she assisted me - unfortunately the bulbs were out of stock - She arranged to order them and have them here by Wednesday this week. Yesterday, on her off day, she let me know via Whatsapp that the bulbs were in store and ready for collection. What a superb customer experience. Well done Florah and well done Lighting Warehouse
