Excellent customer service

This is my second experience of Graeme from Lighting Warehouse in Menlyn helping me with a problem, his positive attitude, regular feedback and tenacity are really something special. In both cases he had to source replacements for me, in he accepts the responsibility and provides regular feedback. It would be easy for him to say he could not help, but he sticks at it until you have a very satisfied customer!<br> <br> He is ably assisted by Julia, who was also extremely helpful!<br> <br> Thanks to both of you.
