BEWARE OF Lighting Warehouse

My son purchased a LED 30W 6500K light with sensors for our house on 16 November 2013 for R749.95. After 16 months of operation ( /-3 hours per night) this unit stopped working.<br> I returned to the store with proof of purchase and spoke to an assistant, whose badge was upside down, so I could not read his name. He was also unable to read the invoice printed, as he read out the wrong details on the their invoice.<br> He then called the Naas, the store manager, who advised me that the unit was out of warranty as 1 year had elapsed. He could not help me further.<br> I then left the store, but feeling rather ****** and cheated by this organisation with whom we had spent a fair amount of money. They import junk into the country and we as consumers think that we are buying a quality product from a reputable store. Well in this case, I hope that with such a customer orientation that your epitaph as a company is written soon and your brand consigned to the dustbin of failed companies due to their treatment of customers. I would not consider buying anything from this company and will advise all my colleagues, friends and relatives to do the same. <br> BE WARNED CONSUMERS
