WORST BUSINESS WOMAN EVERY-ZEONE IS A ****MER

This is the worst business woman ever. I am still waiting for my wedding photos since September. Video is below standard. I should've known there was an issue when she showed up by herself to do both videography and photography. Was in a hurry to leave on my wedding day missing my first dance and cutting of the cake. Bombarded me with marketing material to be a silent party now. I am going the legal route. I am literally suffering from depression the way this woman ****med us. The picture quality is so poor she cut people's faces out and just gave us any *******. My guests took better videos and photos. She totally missed the important details and moments. Claiming her mom and brother has been hospitalized then died then LOST EVERYTHING. SO MANY ISSUES THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH US. We're still clients. Our engagement shoot she cancelled the day before and when rescheduled she showed up and did a good job, which motivated us to move forward but now it's like this woman is not even a professional photographer. Her name is Zeone Burger/Liebenburg. Cant find her page anywhere on Instagram nor facebook. Please email me and confirm how you dealt with the matter. She refuses to refund or engage further. ***
