Disgrace to photography - Zeone

Biggest disappointment ever! I have no words as our wedding photos are awful. It's going on 8 months since our wedding and have only received half of what we paid for. I have been messaging and pleading to get our photos and wedding video. We are missing 300 photos and the most important video of all (our vows) are no where to be seen. The photos are ****, editting, angle everything is bad. My heart is broken as a wedding is a once in a lifetime experience and memory to cherish. I have messaged and called etc. And every single time is a new excuse, oh my phone was ****** or I have been sick the list can go on. And now her Facebook page and Instagram page have misteriously all been closed down and she is back on WhatsApp. All I want is my photos. Oh and not to forget that half my photos are labelled as someone else. It's so unprofessional and a disgrace to all Professional photographers out there. Please DO NOT USE unless you want to be let down and your money gone to waste. I am shocked and devastated
