The Light Bulb

The only reason why i selected one star is because i would not have been able to complete this review otherwise. Bad to no service at all, I've experienced from this company. The owner is quick to respond to you as a client pre order and once you have made payment its a ghost town. Did not meet the deadline of delivering goods on 14th February and when asked almost 2 weeks later what the status of the order is, got all defensive and said she would rather give me my money back. Meaning, she had probably not even started preparing my order in the first place! No customer service! No good business sense or etiquette!
